In order to improve the professionalism of undergraduates, promote the standardized and orderly development of internship work, and guide students to effectively combine what they have learned in the classroom with practical application, on the morning of September 30, 2025, the School of International Culture and Education of Nanjing Normal University held the 2023 Undergraduate Education Internship Mobilization Conference in Classroom 108, Building 200.
Gu Zhongya, deputy secretary of the party committee of the college, Zhu Lechuan, vice president, and Fan Yunan, counselor, attended the meeting and delivered mobilization speeches. At the beginning of the meeting, Gu Zhongya, deputy secretary of the party committee of the college, emphasized the behavioral norms and comprehensive literacy improvement during the internship. Secretary Gu pointed out that standardized appearance and decent speech and demeanor are not only the embodiment of personal spiritual outlook, but also an important window to show the good image of Nanjing Normal University students and the National Education Institute.
At the same time, Secretary Gu specifically asked the students to adhere to both theoretical knowledge and practical ability. He encouraged everyone to fully realize that professional internship is a key bridge connecting theoretical classroom and social practice, not only to flexibly apply the professional knowledge learned in school to practical work scenarios, verify and deepen theoretical understanding, but also to keenly discover problems in practice, take the initiative to think and explore, feed back valuable practical experience to follow-up learning, effectively improve the comprehensive ability to solve practical problems, and lay a solid foundation for future career development.
Subsequently, Vice President Zhu Lechuan supplemented the management regulations and learning requirements of this educational internship. Dean Zhu pointed out: Every student is the admissions propagandist of our school. He asked all students to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the trainee unit and obey the unified arrangement and management of the leading teacher. Dean Zhu hopes that the students can cherish this practical opportunity, always maintain a humble and cautious attitude, and actively seek advice and learning from their instructors and front-line colleagues. In addition, he also reminded students to pay attention to building harmonious interpersonal relationships and learn to communicate and cooperate effectively in practical work.
Counselor Fan Yunan made detailed arrangements for the safety and security work during the internship. He repeatedly urged the students to firmly establish the awareness of "safety first", whether in work, life or travel, they must put personal and property safety first. Teacher Fan requested that if students encounter any emergencies or difficulties during the internship, they must report to the leading teacher and the college as soon as possible to ensure that the information is smooth so that the college can provide timely support and help.
The successful holding of this educational internship mobilization meeting not only made the students deeply aware of the importance of professional internship, but also injected confidence and motivation into everyone's classroom and practice.
