On the morning of October 19, 2025, the School of International Education of the China Academy of Art actively responded to the unified deployment of the China Scholarship Council and successfully organized and completed the 2025 "China Scholastic Competency Assessment" (CSCA). Comprehensively promote the quality, efficiency and high-quality development of study abroad education in China.
The 2025 undergraduate international freshmen from 10 countries in North America, Europe and Asia took the exam in the form of a centralized computer-based test with mathematics (Chinese paper), and students who have taken the Chinese government scholarship preparatory final exam in 17 preparatory colleges are exempt from the exam. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the test, the Institute of International Education attaches great importance to this examination and fully implements equipment commissioning, system training, examination room layout and other preparations. On the morning of October 17, organize candidates to test the actual computer before the exam in order to find problems in time. The examination is organized in an orderly manner, the process is standardized, and the instructions for candidates are announced in advance to ensure that all work is carried out smoothly and orderly.
Our school will strictly implement the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, take the results of the "Undergraduate Admission Academic Proficiency Test for Studying in China" as the necessary basis for applying for undergraduate programs to study in China, strictly control the quality of students, continue to improve the training level of international students, lay a solid foundation for building a high-quality brand of "Study in China", improve the quality of teaching, and enhance the attractiveness of studying abroad. In 2024, the China Academy of Art was awarded the "Educational Service Certification" for the quality certification of higher education for international students in China, and was rated B+ in the initial certification and obtained a 6-year certification validity period. As the first art school in China to accept such accreditation, our college will strive to improve the quality assurance system for studying in China, and continue to promote the construction of Chinese culture and art study education bases in China.
