On October 28, 2025, eight international students from our school were honored to be invited to participate in the 110th anniversary celebration of the Affiliated Primary School of Tsinghua University, celebrate the good year with the teachers and students of the affiliated primary school, and carry out in-depth exchanges on topics such as sustainable development.
In the science and technology carnival session, the students of the affiliated primary school vividly explained the school's long history, campus pattern and achievements to the international students in fluent English, and presented the welcome ribbons made by them. In this regard, the students of our school also responded warmly and sent sincere encouragement and blessings.
Subsequently, international students observed the opening ceremony of the event with the theme of "Climate and Environmental Sustainability". At the opening ceremony, guests from home and abroad were invited to deliver speeches, and a Model United Nations session was set up. The students represented different positions and confidently expressed their deep understanding and action concepts of low-carbon environmental protection in fluent English, showing excellent international vision and critical thinking ability.
In the seminar on "Sustainable Development Goals Dialogue: Climate Action - Let Every Campus Be the Starting Point of Climate Action", President Dou Guimei of Tsinghua University delivered a special lecture entitled "Construction and Implementation of Transcend's Annual Theme Curriculum Group", which was informative and thought-provoking. In addition, the AI-empowered low-carbon campus entrepreneurship exhibition, student science project reports, and international roundtable forums also systematically and intuitively presented the cutting-edge practices and fruitful achievements of primary and secondary schools in promoting environmental protection and sustainable development education.
During the event, international students from our school were interviewed by Tsinghua Affiliated Primary School, shared their valuable experience of studying at Beihang University, and extended their warmest congratulations to the 110th anniversary of the Affiliated Primary School through video lenses, expressing their ardent expectations and best wishes for the future of the affiliated primary school.

Beihang is a public institution of higher learning mainly located in Beijing.
Beihang University is one of the seven institutions of higher learning under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. The school began in 1934 when Tsinghua University set up the Aeronautical Engineering Group in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the School of Engineering, and was merged into the relevant majors of other colleges and universities in the adjustment of colleges and universities between 1951 and 1952. The school is located on Xueyuan Road, Haidian District, and is one of the eight famous universities in the 50s of the 20th century.
