On the afternoon of March 26, 2026, the “Tsinghua SEM 2026 Spring Campus Recruitment Fair,” hosted by the Career Development Center (CDC), was successfully held. The event featured 115 enterprises spanning diverse sectors, including finance, Artificial Intelligence (AI), technology, high-end manufacturing, new energy, consulting, and international organizations.
Precision Matching for the Real Economy
Aligning with national economic development, the fair focused on both traditional strengths and the real economy. Leading financial institutions such as CICC, CITIC Securities, Huatai Securities, and E Fund offered roles in investment banking, equity research, and FinTech.
Furthermore, responding to the trend of “Digital-Real Integration,” industry leaders like P&G, Haiduan Group, POP MART, and Kaisa Group recruited for financial management and supply chain operations. A P&G recruitment manager noted, “Tsinghua SEM students stand out not only for their technical expertise but also for their leadership, innovation, and collaborative spirit.”
Global Competence: Empowering Chinese Brands Abroad
As Chinese brands go global, Tsinghua SEM continues to cultivate international talent. The fair invited globalizing Chinese giants like Kuaishou, SF Express, Innovation Group, and Focus Media, offering strategic and management roles across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
To bridge the gap between talent and global opportunities, a “Mini-Talk” session featured six organizations, including OPPO, Revolut, and the UN Global Leadership & ESG Development Center. Liang Yitian, Assistant Dean of Tsinghua SEM, welcomed the participants. A recruitment team from Revolut traveled from overseas specifically for the event, encouraging students to maintain curiosity and an innovative mindset.
AI-Powered Career Transformation
In collaboration with Liepin, the fair introduced an “AI Experience Zone.” Students utilized AI tools for resume polishing and mock interviews, receiving instant diagnostic feedback.
The integration of AI and industry emerged as a key trend. Beyond AI tech firms like iFLYTEK and Digu Robot, financial firms such as Source Code Capital and Rabbit Tech offered emerging positions like AI Business Analyst and Intelligent Investment Research. Recruiters emphasized the demand for “composite talents” who understand industry needs and can implement AI solutions.
Future Outlook
This recruitment fair highlights Tsinghua SEM’s multi-dimensional approach to education: serving national industries, supporting global layouts, and empowering digital transformation with management wisdom. The school remains committed to upgrading employment services and building broader platforms for student career development.
