This notice is to announce the opening of 2025 Beijing Government Scholarship Applications for Peking University current international students. Eligible applicants are welcome to submit applications within the specified timeline.
2025一、申请人资格1．北京大学全日制外籍本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生二年级及以上学生；2．未获得中国各级政府、社会组织和学校等设立的其他奖学金(不含各类一次性奖励金、北京来华留学生政府奖学金C类奖学金)；3．对华友好，遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规；4．本科生入学时年龄不超过25周岁，硕士生入学时年龄不超过35周岁，博士生入学时年龄不超过40周岁；5．只面向常规学费项目。
I. Eligibility:1. The applicant should be full-time foreign undergraduate, master's and doctoral student of the second year or above from Peking University;2. The applicant has not received any other scholarship from the Chinese government, social organization or Peking University (with the exception of one-time non-renewable merit awards and Beijing Government Scholarship Type C);3. The applicant should be friendly towards China, and abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as school rules and regulations;4. Undergraduate students shall not exceed 25 years old at the time of enrollment; master's degree students shall not exceed 35 years old at the time of enrollment; doctoral students shall not exceed 40 years old at the time of enrollment;5.Only for programs with regular tuition fees.
二、奖学金内容1．A类奖学金免除学费，提供住宿，提供医疗保险，每月按照相关标准提供生活费；2．B类奖学金免除学费，提供住宿，提供医疗保险；3．C类奖学金免除学费，提供医疗保险。
II.Scope of the Scholarship1. Type A: full tuition waiver, housing, living stipend, and medical insurance.2. Type B: full tuition waiver, housing, and medical insurance.3. Type C: full tuition waiver and medical insurance.
三、奖学金期限2025-2026学年
III. Scholarship DurationThe academic year 2025-2026四、申请时间即日起至9月29日上午9:00（北京时间），逾期申报不予受理。
IV. Application TimeOpen now until Beijing time at 9:00 a.m. on September 29th. Late submissions will not be accepted.
五、申请办法登录北京大学国际学生管理服务平台（http://www.studyatpku.com），选择“首页”-“奖学金申请”-“在校生奖学金申请”，填写各项信息，上传正式北大成绩单及其他证明材料，提交申请。
V. Application ProcedureLog onto Peking University International Student Service System (http://www.studyatpku.com), select Home - Scholarship Application - Application for Current Students, fill in personal information, upload the official transcript at PKU and other supporting documents, and submit the application.
六、说明1．申请者须确保所提交申请材料真实有效。 如提供任何不实材料，经查实将取消奖学金资格。 2．奖学金评选结果将在2025年10月通过电子邮件通知。 3．正式北大成绩单可通过门户搜索“电子证明材料申请”获得，提供截图等非正式成绩单将影响奖学金评选结果。 已获北京来华留学生政府奖学金C 类奖学金的学生（二年级及以上）可申请晋级为B类、A类奖学金。
VI. Note1. Applicants must ensure that the submitted application materials are truthful and valid. Any false material will lead to disqualification for the scholarship.2. The final scholarship award decision is expected to be announced by email in October 2025.3. The official transcript at PKU can be obtained by searching for "Electronic Proof Materials Application" on the portal. Providing unofficial transcripts such as screenshots will affect the scholarship result. Students who have received Beijing Government Scholarship Type C and are currently in the second year or above can apply to upgrade to the Type B or Type A scholarship.
