Notice on Conducting the 2026 Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship

According to relevant notice and regulations from CSC and the University, our university is now conducting the 2026 CSC annual review. Students who fail the review will no longer be eligible for the scholarship for the following academic year starting from September, or their scholarship qualification may be revoked. Please take this seriously. The relevant information of the annual review is hereby notified as follows:

Students who will continue to benefit from the Chinese Government Scholarship after September 2026

Students who were disqualified in the 2025 CSC annual review and are applying for reinstatement of the scholarship

1.This annual review work will be conducted based on the Ideological Moral Behavior (30 points), Academic Performance (30 points) and Learning/Scientific research Attitude (20 points) and Activity Performance (20 points), with the total points of 100;
2.The evaluation opinions are divided into two types: qualified and unqualified. Those with a total score of 60 or above will be regarded as qualified. For those students who are not qualified for Chinese government scholarships, China Scholarship Council will suspend or cancel their scholarships.

Log in to the Chinese Government Scholarship Management Information System→  Fill in the questionnaire → Fill in the students self-assessment form → Upload the transcript to complete the student self-assessment. For detailed procedures, refer to  CSC Annual Evaluation Guide – Student Self-Assessment 2026.pdf.Self-evaluation Period: April 10 – April 26.Failure to submit by the deadline shall be deemed as automatic waiver of review eligibility.

For graduate students, the school/hospital will organize supervisors or primary instructors to complete the evaluation form, score students and provide evaluation comments. For undergraduate students, international student counselors will conduct comprehensive scoring and fill in evaluation comments based on students’ academic performance and daily conduct.

The university will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of participating students based on their self-assessment, academic performance, campus behavior, as well as opinions from their schools/departments and supervisors. The evaluation results will be submitted to the China Scholarship Council.

Important Note:1. Undergraduate and graduate students taught in Chinese must fill in form by Chinese language,  postgraduate students taught in English can fill in English. All the students should conscientiously summarize the individual’s compliance, study and participation in activities briefly. Each content should be no less than 50 words. If there is an award certificate, you can upload it by adding an attachment.2.Transcripts from the previous semester must be uploaded, photo or pdf are both acceptable. If you have any award certificates, you can upload them as attachments. Transcripts can be self-printed at the self-service machine on the 10th floor of the No.1 Teaching Building on the main campus by using your campus card.3. Students must use CSC number to log in system. If you fail to retrieve the password, please send your CSC number and passport name to teacher Anna.

Please take the annual review seriously. Those who are absent without valid reasons will be disqualified from the scholarship.
