Click and enter the "Chinese Government Scholarship to Study in China Management Information System". Select the type of program you want to apply for, follow the system prompts, and fill out the "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form" online. When filling out, please check all the information carefully and confirm that it is correct before submitting the application.
2. The first page of the passport scans the first page of the passport within the validity period into a clear electronic document. If your passport is valid for less than 12 months (from the expected start date of your studies), please apply for a new passport as soon as possible and use your new passport to complete your scholarship application. Applicants who are unable to apply for a passport before submitting the application due to objective reasons may submit a valid document or supporting document containing their "English name, gender, nationality, date of birth" and other information with the permission of the accepting agency.
3. Notarized highest academic certificate If you are a student, you must submit the expected graduation certificate or enrollment certificate issued by the school you are attending.
4. Documents other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by notarized Chinese or English translations.
5. Proof of language ability
1. If you plan to apply for a major with Chinese as the medium of instruction, please submit a Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) score report that matches the Chinese proficiency requirements of the application level (the score report must be within the validity period of the test score).
2. If you plan to apply for a major in a foreign language as the language of instruction, please submit the corresponding language proficiency certificate, such as IELTS or TOEFL transcripts, according to the school's requirements.
6. Transcripts of the CSCA Undergraduate Admission Test (CSCA) Applicants for a bachelor's degree must register for CSCA and obtain valid transcripts before the application deadline. 7. Pre-admission materials Submit the pre-admission materials issued by the applicant institution, including admission notice, pre-admission letter or tutor invitation letter, etc.

8. Study or research plan in China According to the level of study you are applying for, submit a study or research plan to China according to the requirements of not less than 200 words for undergraduates, not less than 500 words for advanced students, and not less than 800 words for graduate students. The study or research plan in China is an important reference when evaluating scholarships, and it needs to be written carefully in Chinese or English.
The study or research plan should be closely related to your actual situation and may include your understanding of the major you are applying for, the specific study/research plan and how you plan to use the knowledge gained from your proposed major to help you achieve your future goals.
9. Letter of recommendation Applicants who are studying for a master's or doctoral degree or come to China as an advanced trainee should contact two professors or associate professors as referees and obtain letters of recommendation. Letters of recommendation can be written in Chinese or English.
10. Those who apply for art, design and other majors should provide personal work materials (such as images, paintings, etc.). Please ensure that the quality and presentation of the work meet the relevant requirements of the institution you are applying to.
11. Applicants under the age of 18 must submit the relevant legal documents of their legal guardians in China
12. "Physical Examination Form for Foreigners" All applicants who have been studying in China for more than 6 months need to submit a copy of the "Physical Examination Form for Foreigners" that meets the requirements.
Please note that the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form" is invalid if the item is missing, the photo is not affixed or the photo is not stamped, and the photo is not signed and stamped by a doctor or hospital. The test results are valid for 6 months.
13. Go to the public security organ where you are located to apply for a certificate of no criminal record, and the certificate of no criminal record is valid for six months from the date of issuance.
14. Other supplementary materials According to your actual situation, submit relevant supplementary materials such as scientific research project information you have participated in or led, published academic papers, academic conferences attended, research awards, and patents or publications related to the project to fully demonstrate your professional skills and scientific research background.
