Chaoyang District will further improve its political position, fully support the development of Beijing University of Technology and Shanhe Bay Valley Innovation Zone, take the road of scientific and technological innovation with patience and determination, and promote Beijing University of Technology to become the source of innovation and talent gathering area in the capital.

He pointed out that in recent years, Chaoyang District has led industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation, and comprehensively built the "four beams and eight pillars" of scientific and technological innovation. The Shanhe Bay Valley Innovation Zone provides strong support for regional industrial upgrading by linking the scientific research resources of universities and the market development needs of enterprises. In the future, it is hoped that the two sides will focus on scientific and technological innovation to further strengthen cooperation, and Chaoyang District will give full play to the advantageous resources of southern streets and townships to provide services and support for the innovation and development of Beijing University of Technology from an overall perspective. Work together to build the Shanhe Bay Valley Innovation Zone, further subdivide the industrial field, build a multi-level industrial ecosystem, build an international development platform, and build a professional science and service team. Work together to do a good job in the five-year development plan of the park, take the scene as the drive, the ecology as the core, and the cluster as the goal, and promote the high-quality development of the Shanhe Bay Valley Innovation Zone.

He introduced that since its establishment 65 years ago, Beijing Institute of Technology has always adhered to the national strategy and the development of the capital, solidly promoted the construction of a first-class university, and shown a good development trend in various undertakings. Beijing Institute of Technology attaches great importance to the school-local cooperation with Chaoyang District, adheres to the development concept of deep cultivation of Chaoyang, and the two sides have achieved fruitful cooperation results in many fields. He pointed out that the Shanhewan Valley Innovation Zone is the first university innovation zone in Beijing with in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, and hopes to further deepen cooperation with Chaoyang District, systematically promote resource coordination and factor agglomeration, rely on the construction of the National University Science and Technology Park, make good use of the rich scene advantages of Chaoyang District, build a professional operation platform, create a good ecology of scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, and build the Shanhewan Valley Innovation Zone into a demonstration highland for scientific and technological innovation in the southeast of the capital, and contribute more to the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center.

At the same time, it is hoped that the two sides will work together on key tasks such as the construction of high-level talent teams and the Peace Paradise Campus to provide a solid guarantee for the development of the school. At the symposium, the school introduced the construction of the Peace Paradise Campus in the Shanhe Bay Valley Innovation Zone. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on key work. Before the meeting, Wu Xiaojie and his entourage inspected the Institute of Intelligent Machinery, the National Key Laboratory of Material Circulation and Low-carbon Regeneration, and the Beijing Laboratory of Smart Environmental Protection of Beijing Institute of Artificial Intelligence and listened to relevant introductions.
