In order to promote traditional Chinese culture and build a bridge for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. On the afternoon of September 28, the School of International Education, the School of International Languages, and the International Exchange Service Center jointly held the "Full Moon Jida, Cake Fragrance World" Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake making experience activity for international students in the restaurant on the first floor of the Friendship Hall.
Cui Huahua, Vice Dean of the School of International Education, and more than 100 international students gathered together to welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival.
活动伊始，崔鲜花发表致辞。她向国际学生送上中秋祝福，介绍中秋节和月饼的文化内涵，以“老师和同学是你在中国的家人”慰藉国际学生的思乡之情，拉开活动序幕。
随后，国际语言学院吕海琛老师为大家讲解了中秋节的习俗与文化内涵，从“嫦娥奔月”的传说到“团圆思念”的情感内核，让国际学生对中秋节有了更全面的认知。
在月饼制作环节，专业面点师现场示范揉面、包馅、压模等步骤，工作人员全程协助指导，确保每位国际学生都能亲手尝试。
国际学生兴致勃勃，跟着步骤认真操作，一个个造型精致的月饼在他们手中诞生。
制作完成后，国际学生喝着清香的茶水，品尝着自己亲手制作的月饼，现场一派温馨气氛。
活动最后，全体参会人员合影留念，本次体验活动圆满落下帷幕。
此次活动让国际学生沉浸式体验了中秋节的传统习俗，在体验中加深了他们对中国的了解与热爱。
