To further consolidate the foundation of study style construction and strengthen international students' safety awareness. From November 5 to 6, our college held a themed class meeting on safety education and study style construction for all international undergraduate students, with students from all grades actively participating. The meeting covered two key areas: safety warnings and study style guidance. Counselors focused on outdoor activity risk prevention, stressing that international students must strictly follow leave approval procedures for activities like mountaineering and hiking, and provided detailed explanations of the approval process and emergency contact methods. Regarding electric vehicle usage rules, they emphasized riding safety, proper parking, and charging precautions, using case studies to make safety awareness deeply ingrained.
As the semester draws to a close, this class meeting emphasized details and suggestions related to study style construction. Counselors gave in-depth explanations on pre-exam preparation and exam discipline, encouraging international students to develop a scientific review plan and make full use of resources like the library and study groups to prepare thoroughly for exams. They also stressed exam rules and regulations, clarified the importance of honest exams, and warned about the serious consequences of academic misconduct. An interactive Q&A session was also set up during the meeting to carefully answer questions raised by international students regarding review methods, exam procedures, and other issues.
This class meeting balanced safety and study style, laying a dual guarantee for international students' study and life on campus. It effectively enhanced international students' safety prevention awareness and the concept of honest academic conduct, contributing to the building of a safe campus and excellent study style.
