In addition to studying, Ding Ruolan discovered a strong interest in yoga. At first, as a way to regulate her body and mind, she continued to practice and explore deeply, gradually making yoga a part of her life.
On the recommendation of her teacher, she participated in the Chinese translation project of the book "Yin Yoga 50+", responsible for translating the difficult first part, becoming the only international student in the team. Whether it's text translation or cultural understanding, she has completed tasks to a high standard, demonstrating excellent language and cross-cultural communication skills.

Looking back on her four years of study experience, Ding Ruolan said: "The study and life of Jiaotong University have made me grow from a student who is more accustomed to fighting alone to a person who knows how to rely on teamwork, be grateful to his peers, and have the courage to challenge himself. The excellent and friendly classmates, patient and wise teachers here have allowed me to continue to grow under pressure and challenges, and inspired me to become a better version of myself. ”
