
On October 12, Tongji University successfully organized the 2025 undergraduate freshmen to study in China to complete the offline academic proficiency test in accordance with the unified deployment of the China Scholarship Council. Students participate in the examination in an orderly manner under strict and standardized examination arrangements, and the examination room is in order.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the test, the International Student Office of Tongji University has formulated a detailed examination plan, and the joint information center has completed preliminary preparations such as examination room layout, equipment commissioning and system training, and organized pre-examination mobilization to clarify the examination discipline and process. At the examination site, the invigilators strictly implement the entrance inspection, full inspection and other links, and implement zero tolerance for disciplinary violations to ensure that the test results are fair and just.
This test is an important measure to promote the quality and efficiency of study abroad education in China, aiming to establish scientific quality evaluation standards for international students and accurately grasp the basic academic level of international students. In the future, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, our university will require undergraduate program applicants to provide the results of the "Undergraduate Admission Academic Proficiency Test (CSCA)" to strictly control the admission threshold for international students, improve the quality of students, and help build the brand of "Study in China".
