For the first time, the report constructs a comprehensive evaluation system that connects the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with the latest national policies on China's urban work, and evaluates 36 major cities in China through 90 practical indicators, providing a scientific basis for urban governance.
