
In accordance with cooperation agreements between the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and major global entities—including UNESCO, UNHCR, UNDP, UNIDO, FAO, UNICEF, UNU, ITU, IOM, IFAD, WFP, UNIDROIT, and IRENA—the CSC is officially launching the 2026 selection process for outstanding youth to intern at these prestigious international organizations.
Based on the specific staffing requirements provided by these organizations, a total of 209 interns will be selected for 2026. The distribution of positions is as follows:
- UNDP: 37 positions
- UNIDO: 27 positions
- FAO: 24 positions
- UNHCR: 20 positions
- IFAD: 20 positions
- ITU: 17 positions
- WFP: 14 positions
- IOM: 13 positions
- UNESCO: 12 positions
- UNU: 9 positions
- UNICEF: 8 positions
- UNIDROIT: 4 positions
- IRENA: 4 positions
Application Process and Timeline
Applicants must log in to the “China Public-Funded Study Abroad Management Information Platform” (https://sa.csc.edu.cn/student) between April 10 (0:00) and April 21 (14:00), 2026, to complete the online registration and upload the required application materials.
Accepting institutions must submit official recommendation letters, preliminary selection lists, and electronic applicant materials to the CSC via the information platform by April 30, 2026.
